I have body conscious clients - can I turn the photorealistic view off?

You sure can! You can change it both in the “Body” view or “Side-by-Side” view. Tap on the layer icon in the top right corner of your screen, and select “No Texture” as the rendering mode. Is you want to turn the photorealistic rendering back on, simply select “Photorealistic”.
