How can I access my clients' scans?

To access your clients’ scans, you will first need a coach account. If you do not have one, your admin will need to get in touch with our team to make this request.

Once you have a coach account, head into “Menu” > “Clients” and click on “Invite Clients” in the top right corner of the screen. Type in the email address of your client and send the request. Your client will then need to approve this in their app. They must head in the notifications tab and click on “Accept”.

Now, your client’s email address will appear in your “Clients” tab, and you can tap on their email to view their scans.

Once you are done viewing, you can exit by clicking on the red cross in the bottom right corner of your screen.
