When can I step on the scale?

Before stepping on the scale, make sure that you’ve followed all the scanning guidelines and that the head of the device is displaying rainbow colours.

If this is your own first scan or your client’s first scan, make sure to trigger the scan with the QR code and wait for the head of the device to tilt down. Please note that there is a 2-minute window to step on the scale once the QR code has been scanned.
