What do ShapeScale’s LED colours indicate?
There are 8 different colour codes:
- Pulsating white lights: ShapeScale is powering up
- Blue lights: ShapeScale is ready to pair
- Rainbow lights: ShapeScale is ready to scan
- Constant white lights: ShapeScale is scanning
- Orange lights: ShapeScale is not connected to any Wi-Fi
- Yellow lights: ShapeScale is connected to Wi-Fi but not the Internet
- Red lights: ShapeScale has had a malfunction. Please reboot the device by unplugging the power connector and plugging it back in.
- White progress ring: This indicates that your scan is uploading to the cloud.
