My arms got cut off on my 3D scan. Why is that so?

Arms getting cut off usually means that the user is holding their arms too far from their body in an "A-frame" shape. In this instance, the arms are too close for the camera's sensor to capture the scan details.

Please hold your arms approximately 2 inches apart from your body while getting scanned.
