The app is asking me to become an admin. What should I do?

If your ShapeScale has already been set up and paired during your virtual onboarding with our team, select "no".

If you've just received your device at your commercial location, and are setting your ShapeScale up for the first time, select "yes".

If you are a client or a secondary coach user, please backtrack a couple of steps and select "I want to use ShapeScale in a public or commercial location" (see below image).
